People-centered design has been the core of my craft throughout my design journey. Creating ways to better the environments where we live, learn & work is my passion.
As a Boston native, I’ve spent the last decade designing as an Interior Architect across market sectors ranging from preschools, to prestigious universities, low income housing, and office spaces for startups and tech giants alike.
My experience in architecture has shown me the importance in studying human behavior, understanding the relationships between people and their environments, and how to find innovative solutions to the different challenges they face each day. I’m thrilled to expand beyond the physical space and into the digital world.
When I’m not designing or cooking up a storm, my happy place is on my yoga mat or by the ocean. You’ll likely find me deep underwater hanging with sharks, rays, and turtle friends.
The Intersection of Interior Architecture and Product Design
The design process is based around a user’s experience. Whether this experience involves physical or digital interactions, the goals are one in the same, and the process in achieving those goals are actually very similar. Let’s take a look at two unrelated projects side by side.
